Service Terms and Conditions
BILLING
Trips are charged to costumer’s credit card or corporate charge account. Chivalry Limousine accepts the following credit cards:
- American Express - Master Card
- Discover - Visa
- All trips are subject to a 20% gratuity for the chauffeur.
- Additional charges, extra charges and other surcharges will be itemized on the costumer’s statement when applicable.
- Applicable taxes will be charged as required.
- All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.
- All published rates are subject to change without notice.
RATE ESTIMATE
- All trips are subject to a 20% gratuity for the chauffeur will be included in your rate estimate.
- The rate provided at the time of booking is an initial estimate of the cost of service as reserved.
- Additional charges, Extra charges and other surcharges that can not calculated
Prior services are not included in the estimate.Additional and/or extra charges may change the final price.
ADDITONAL CHARGES
- Tolls - Variable fuel surcharge, when applicable.
- Parking - Cell phone usage
- Any other out of pocket expenses incurred.
Certain trips may require an additional fee for meals and/orovernight accommodations for the chauffeur.
Wait Time - Airport Transfer
We provide ONE HOUR OF FREE WAITING TIME for all commercial scheduled airline ARRIVALS and 1/2 HOUR OF FREE WAITING TIME AT PRIVATE FBO.
Wait Time & Stops - Non-Airport Transfer
- For all point-to-point reservations, costumers are permitted twenty (20) minutes of wait time after the scheduled pickup time. Wait time will be charged in fifteen (15) minutes increments at the current hourly rate.
- Passenger requested stops during a point-to-point reservation will be charged the prevailing stop charge any wait time if the stop lasts longer than fifteen (15) minute GRACE PERIOD.
- If a point-to-point reservation that includes a stop at New York airport or New York City the charge for stop is greater than a regular stop charge and its referred to as a swing rate.
EXTRA CHARGES
The following extra charges will be added to the base fare for the trip when applicable :
- Holiday Surcharge
- Below 23 St. Manhattan
- Extra Stop
No Extra Charge for Early a.m. pick-up or late pick-up and Greeting & Meeting.
VEHICLE RATES
- Chivalry Limousine has standardized routes with flat-rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports.
- Rates for travel between locations in which a point-to-point rate does not exist will be charged at the prevailing hourly rate, with a 2 hour minimum charge.
- All Wait –Return trips are hourly trips will be charged from the time vehicle leaves the Chivalry facility until the time returns, using Stamford, CT as the facility location. There is a minimum of ½ hour garage time at the beginning and end of each trip, maximum of 1 ½ hour.
CANCEL & NO SHOW
- All guaranteed reservation must be cancelled (2) hours prior to scheduled pickup time.
- Reservation for non-sedan vehicles require (24) hours cancellation notice prior to scheduled pickup time.
- Leaving the pickup location without notifying Chivalry Limousine will result a no-show charge. If you experience difficulty locating the chauffeur, please call 1-877-546-6041 and our dispatchers will be happy to assist you.
- Changes and Updates:
- Chivalry Limousine is not responsible for passenger flights which are missed, cancelled, diverted and delayed or any other incident that result in your failure to comply with required cancellation policy. In these instances, we will use our best.
- Due to mechanical difficulties or bad weather, we will try to contact someone for authorization to wait. We will not abandon our clients at airports. We will wait until the flight arrives and accordingly unless we are told to dismiss the car. If the car dismissed, charges will be from the airport to back to garage plus wait time, tolls and parking fees.
- Up to minute flight or one-hour shuttle flights. Please call our office as soon as possible for any known changes in flight information or arrival times, so we might adjust as necessary.
Remember WE PROVIDE ONE HOUR FREE WAIT TIME AT MAJOR AIRPORTS.
- No-Show and Cancel on Location will be charged accordingly. Cancellation number will be given at the time of the cancellation and should be retained for your records.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold reservation for wedding, proms, night on the town and all hourly charters. A credit card authorization form and liability form may also require before reservation are accepted.
Additional
- Chivalry Limousine shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
- Chivalry Limousine assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle.
- Chivalry Limousine does not provide child safety seats. However, costumer may provide and install their own child safety or booster seat.
BY PLACING A RESERVATION, YOUR USE OF CHIVALRY LIMOUSINE LLC SERVICES EITHER BY PHONE, FAX, AND E-MAIL, ONLINE ON THIS SIDE OR IN ANY OTHER MANNER INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTENCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. |
