Q. When my credit card will be charged?
A. After your trip has been completed. Some vehicles such as stretch limousine, SUV, Van, bus required a deposit.
Q. How can I get my receipt?
A. You can retrieve or make adjustments to any of your account information at any time by logging in with your account information on our reservations page.
Q. How can I make, view or modify my reservation?
A. You can make reservations online at our website on our reservations page. If you have an account with us, be sure to sign in, otherwise you can use our “Quick Reservations” form. To modify a reservation after submission, please call our office.
Q. Can I book trips for multiple people through your website?
A. Yes. You can add multiple passengers when making a reservation.
Q. Can I check the status of a trip online?
A. Yes. If you have an account you can log in and check the status of your reservation(s). Our advanced online reservation system is directly integrated with our administrative management software. As we adjust our trip statuses, you will see our adjustments at your account online.
Q. How can I open a corporate account with Chivalry Limousine LLC?
A. You will need to click on the link that says “Create An Account” on our Reservations page and complete the required form.
Q. How can I apply for an open billing account?
A. Once you have setup your online account at our website, please call our office to apply for open billing for that account.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. We require 2 hours advance notice on Sedans, 24 hours notice Van, Stretch Limo, SUV. Otherwise we may charge a late-cancellation fee or no-shows fee. No show and cancel on locations will be charged accordingly. NO CANCELLATONS OR CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA EMAIL OR ONLINE E-RESERVATION. Q. When does the waiting time charge apply for pick-up at the airport?
A. Chivalry Limousine rarely charges for waiting time at the airport. We give passengers ONE HOUR FREE WAIT TIME AT MAJOR AIRPORT from the time the flights lands also 30 MINUTES FREE WAIT TIME ON PRIVATE FLIGHTS.
Q. How and where do I locate my chauffeur?
A. Your chauffeur will hold a Chivalry Limousine sign with your last name on it. Some companies also have custom signs with their logo on them. Domestic flights; Kennedy, LaGuardia, Bradley and Newark meet at the baggage area unless specified in advance. International flights, Meet at the COSTUMS exit. If you experience difficulty locating our chauffeur, please call Toll-Free 1 877-546-6041. Leaving the pick-up location without notifying Chivalry Limousine will result a no-show charge.
Q. Do you offer curbside pick-up?
A. Yes, no extra charge for this service.
Q. What type of vehicles do you use?
A. Our fleet focused on late-model BMW 7 Series, Mercedes-Benz S series, Cadillac DTS, Lincoln Town Car, Lincoln Town car Stretch Limousines, Ford Vans and Chevy Suburban Sport Utility Vehicles. If you have special requirements, we can also meet your needs. Our fleet large enough to cover any number of costumers per booking and we will always have a chauffeur available for you.
Q. What cities does Chivalry Limousine serve?
A. We offer service in tri-state area. From the tri-state area to any metropolitan cities or states.
Q. Do you charge Administrative fee?
A. NO.

Q. Do you charge STC (SURFACE TRANSPORTATION CHARGE)?
A. NO. Some transportation companies charge costumers a Surface Transportation Charge (STC) which is a surcharge based upon various overhead expenses. It is a variable number that is usually not included in the estimate you are given for your transportation and is incremental to tolls and parking. This means that you may be charged anywhere from and an additional 10% to 18% for various overhead expenses. We will always tell you exactly what we are charging so you do not have to concern with hidden costs. |
